What to expect during your first visit
This first visit will include a nervous system examination and your first adjustment.
Nervous System Examination
At Exodus Health our examinations procedures are geared toward detection and correction of the “Vertebral Subluxation”. The procedures we use are therefore specifically selected for your spine and nervous system health. There are a couple of things that you should expect when you have a first visit at our clinic.
Our Examination consists of a thorough spinal and nervous system exam. As a new patient at Exodus Health, your examination will also include a computerized examination called the “Insight Millennium Subluxation Examination.” This examination helps scientifically understand the subluxation processes going on in your spine. It also gives us a baseline for future tests so we can accurately measure your progress to see how your spine is correcting and your nervous system is functioning. Using the Insight Millennium Subluxation Examination is much more accurate that just depending on “how you feel” on any given day.
All new patients of our practice receive their first gentle TRT adjustment at their first visit upon Doctor’s review of the full nervous system examination. Once our Doctors observe how your body responds to your initial adjustment, they will be able to determine and manage your health.
Many people notice positive improvements immediately or within the first 24 hours of their first adjustment. However, don’t be discouraged if you do not notice immediate changes. It likely took years for your body to get into the condition that it is in right now, and it will take time and repetition of care to reverse the effects of years of stress and degeneration on the joints, muscles and nerves of the spine.
What to expect during your second visit
This appointment is by far the most important one of your care!
At this appointment, you will meet with a doctor individually to go over your nervous system examination results from your first visit. Please bring a spouse, family member, or friend so they can support you in taking action towards reaching your health goals!
